Your Support Subscription includes exclusive access to the LockerManager training and support website, through a password protected account. This website offers a wide range of support resources, to help you get the most out of your software. Includes:

    Web-based flash videos on advanced software applications topics as well as basic function topics: excellent training tools accessible at any time!

    Obtain personalized answers from our support team.

    To ensure smooth operation of approved operating systems, periodic software updates are created. These updates are only available as downloads through the Support Subscription website.

The first year of Support Subscription is free for all new license purchases. Additional Support Subscription service can be purchased at time-of-purchase, or after initial sale, online at www.masterlockmanager.com in 1 or 2 year increments. Support Subscriptions are all based on the anniversary date of initial license registration and requires internet access.
